The dock supplies power to the device through integrated pogo pins while the device is docked, and also retains access to the audio port for the device's PTT functionality. For attaching to a huge range of RAM® arms and mounting accessories, the dock is RAM® Mounts Compatible™ with RAM® B and C size diamond ball bases.
