Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping
- We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
- Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and shipping method selected.
- If an item is on backorder, we will notify you of the expected lead time before processing your order.
- Additional Freight Charges: In rare instances, we may need to collect additional freight charges for larger items such as bumpers, roof racks, sliders, and other oversized products. We will contact you directly if this applies to your order.
- Non-Delivery Disclaimer: Evergreen Offroad is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs inspections, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will, however, assist in tracking and resolving any shipping issues to the best of our ability.
- Incorrect Address Disclaimer: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. Evergreen Offroad is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment in such cases.
International Shipping
- We are proud to ship internationally to many countries. International orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
- Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
- Please note that import duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are beyond our control.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to track the shipment and ensure timely customs clearance. Evergreen Offroad is not responsible for delays or costs arising from customs processing.
- We recommend checking with your local customs office for details on potential import duties and fees before placing your order.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging.
- For lost shipments, please contact us so we can work with the carrier to locate your package.
Returns and Refunds
- We accept returns for unopened products within 30 days of delivery.
- For defective or damaged items, we will work with the manufacturer to facilitate repairs or replacements.
- The customer may be responsible for return freight charges depending on the customers reason for return.
Backorders
- Evergreen Offroad makes best efforts to stock as much as we can, but at times we rely on our manufacturing partners' inventory to fulfill orders.
- In instances where a product is backordered, we will be in constant contact with you to provide updated estimates on lead times and will be there to facilitate the process along the way.
- If an item is on backorder, we will notify you of the estimated lead time and provide options for how to proceed with your order.
Unclaimed or Undeliverable Packages
- If a package is returned to us as unclaimed or undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Fraud Prevention
- To ensure the security of our customers, Evergreen Offroad reserves the right to verify orders and may contact customers for additional information if needed. Orders suspected of fraud may be canceled.
Special Handling for Fragile or High-Value Items
- For high-value or fragile items, we recommend purchasing additional shipping insurance. Evergreen Offroad takes every precaution to ensure safe delivery but cannot be held liable for damages caused during transit if additional insurance is not purchased.
