Evergreen Offroad Shipping Policy
At Evergreen Offroad, our goal is to get you the gear you need quickly, safely, and with clear communication every step of the way. We work with trusted manufacturers and freight partners across the United States and internationally to offer fast, reliable delivery on thousands of off-road and overland products.
Order Processing Times
We do our best to process all new orders same day.
Because many items ship directly from our manufacturing partners, shipping times may vary based on brand, inventory availability, and carrier schedules.
If there are any delays or concerns with your order, we will communicate with you promptly.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship using UPS and USPS due to their reliability and coverage.
We also have access to FedEx and DHL, and may use them when appropriate.
For freight and palletized shipments (large bumpers, roof top tents, racks, etc.), we utilize freight carriers such as:
- FedEx Freight
- R+L Carriers
- Oak Harbor Freight Lines
- Estes Express
We always choose the most efficient and cost-effective carrier for your location.
Shipping Regions
We ship worldwide.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates for all other items are calculated in real time at checkout based on size, weight, destination, and carrier.
Many products on our site are eligible for free shipping.
Split Shipments & Multiple Warehouses
Evergreen Offroad partners with over 70 brands across the U.S.
Because of this, your order may:
- Ship from different warehouses
- Ship at different times
- Arrive in multiple packages
You will receive tracking information for each shipment as soon as it becomes available.
Freight Shipments
Oversized items such as bumpers, sliders, roof top tents, bed racks, and tire carriers often ship via freight.
Freight orders may:
- Require a scheduled delivery appointment
- Require an adult signature upon delivery
- Be delivered to the nearest freight terminal to your provided shipping address
If terminal pickup is required, we will communicate with you clearly prior to shipment so you can plan accordingly.
Please ensure someone is available to sign for high-value or oversized deliveries.
Damaged Freight Deliveries
If your freight shipment arrives with visible damage, it is critical for both you and us that proper procedure is followed:
- Do NOT sign for the delivery if the damage is severe.
Refusing the shipment protects your right to a full replacement through the carrier’s insurance. - If you choose to accept the delivery, you must note any visible damage on the Bill of Lading / delivery receipt before signing.
- Take clear photos of:
-The damaged area
-The packaging
-The pallet (if applicable)

Failure to document damage at the time of delivery may affect our ability to file a successful freight claim on your behalf.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other non-continental regions may incur higher shipping or freight costs.
Shopify will typically calculate these automatically at checkout.
If you would like a custom freight quote before ordering, feel free to contact us.
Local Pickup
Local pickup from our Auburn, WA location is available only for items we physically stock in-house.
If an item must ship from a manufacturer, it will be shipped directly to you—even if you live locally—to save you time and additional freight costs.
If you would like to request a specific large freight item shipped to our shop, please reach out to have that arranged via 'info@evergreenoffroad.com'
Order Changes & Address Corrections
If you need to update your shipping address, modify your order, or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders begin processing quickly, and we are often unable to make changes after 24–48 hours or once the item has shipped.
Incorrect addresses that lead to lost packages or return-to-sender situations may incur additional fees.
Out-of-Stock or Backordered Items
Evergreen Offroad makes every effort to ensure accurate stocking levels across our website. However, because we pull from multiple manufacturers, occasional stock discrepancies can occur.
If we discover that an item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you immediately with options:
- Waiting for the next restock
- Switching to an available alternative
- Receiving a full refund
We believe in clear, fair, and fast communication when these situations arise.
Made-to-Order Items & Custom Builds
Some products—such as bumpers, fabricated armor, and specialty components from brands like C4 Fabrication, CBI Offroad, and others—are made to order.
These items may have:
- Extended lead times of up to 14 weeks (or more)
- Non-refundable deposits or cancellation fees
Made-to-order items begin production shortly after purchase, so cancellations outside of a very short window may not be possible.
Specific terms for these products will be communicated prior to or during the ordering process.
