Evergreen Offroad Return Policy

We Stand Behind Our Gear—But Returns Have to Be Fair & We Are Not Amazon.

At Evergreen Offroad, we’re committed to getting you the right gear for your next adventure. We make every effort to make our team available to you if you need to ask questions or get clarification before making your purchase - to make sure your next upgrade will be a perfect fit. If we make a mistake, we’ll make it right. If you simply changed your mind or ordered in error, we ask that you respect our policy designed to keep prices fair for everyone.

Standard Return Window

  • You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

What’s Eligible for Return?

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories, and include proof of purchase.
  • Returns must be initiated by contacting us at info@evergreenoffroad.com. Items sent back without a return authorization will not be accepted.

Please Remember—We’re a Small Business

Every return impacts our ability to keep offering great products and service. To be eligible for a refund, items must be in new, unused, and sellable condition. If an item is returned used, damaged, missing packaging, or otherwise not in original condition, we cannot accept the return or offer a refund. We appreciate your understanding and support!

Returns Due to Our Error or Product Defect

  • If your item is defective, damaged, or we shipped the wrong product, we’ll cover return shipping and waive all restocking fees.
  • Please contact us immediately upon receiving your order if there’s an issue.

Returns for Any Other Reason (Vehicle Incompatibility or “Change of Mind”)

  • If you wish to return an item for reasons unrelated to product defect or our error (e.g., found your old gear, changed your mind, ordered the wrong item for your vehicle, etc.):
    • A non-negotiable 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
    • Return shipping is your responsibility. We will provide instructions on how to send your item back.
  • We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our criteria (e.g., used or damaged items, missing packaging, etc.).
  • Made to order vehicle armor (bumpers, sliders, skids, etc) carry a 20% restocking/cancellation fee. This fee is applied to all brands that we carry that provide vehicle armor (ARB 4X4, CBI Offroad, The Cruiser Company, 4x4 Labs, Lil B's, C4 Fabrication, and all others).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom orders, personalized items, sale/clearance items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • For safety reasons, returns are not accepted on perishable goods, personal care products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases.

How Refunds Work

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days (bank processing times may vary).
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at info@evergreenoffroad.com.

Exchanges

  • Need something different? Please return the original item per the above instructions and place a new order.
