Founded by two offroad enthusiasts, Garrett Jackson and Ernesto Lopez, our company is built on a shared love for the open road, rugged trails, and the thrill of discovery. Garrett Jackson
Owner and Founder of Evergreen Offroad. Offroad/Travel Enthusiast. Goofball. Loudest Laugh in the Northwest. Passionately running Evergreen Offroad since 2020.
Garrett Jackson is the original visionary behind Evergreen Offroad. With over 10 years of offroading experience, Garrett has traversed some of the most challenging and beautiful terrains across the greater Pacific Northwest, Baja, Mexico, and the western United States. His journey began with a deep passion for vehicle-based exploration—a passion that eventually led him to start Evergreen Offroad in 2020.
Garrett’s extensive experience and dedication to the offroad lifestyle are the foundation of our company. He started Evergreen Offroad to share his love for adventure with others, helping fellow enthusiasts outfit their vehicles for the kind of epic journeys he’s known for. Whether it’s navigating the dense forests of the PNW or tackling the rugged landscapes of Baja, Garrett’s mission is to inspire and equip others to explore the world around them.
Owner & World Explorer
Ernesto Lopez
Ernesto joined Evergreen Offroad in 2022, bringing valuable experience and insight to the team. He’s our Land Cruiser import-logistics guru, a passionate 70-Series enthusiast, a world explorer and adventure seeker.
His journeys have taken him across a wide range of landscapes and cultures, and the stories he carries with him reflect the true spirit of overlanding. Through years of travel, Ernesto has developed a deep understanding of what it takes to build a reliable, capable vehicle—knowledge that continues to shape and elevate the work we do at Evergreen Offroad. His expertise and global perspective add a unique and invaluable dimension to our company.
Ernesto’s adventures span more than 50 countries across the Americas, Europe, Africa, Oceania, and the Middle East, all explored in his trusted Toyota trucks: Tancho, the 78 Series; Maruk, the 80 Series; and Sooty, the 5th-gen 4Runner. He is currently traveling through Europe and Africa in his 78 Series Land Cruiser.
