Return & Exchange Policy
All Offroam sales are considered final except in the case of a verified defective item.
Returns for Defective Items Only
Returns are accepted solely for products that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you believe your item is defective, you must notify Evergreen Offroad within 30 days of delivery and provide supporting documentation (photos and a description of the issue). Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
No Returns for Change of Mind
Returns or refunds will not be issued for reasons including, but not limited to:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect item ordered
• Buyer’s remorse
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify product fitment and specifications prior to placing an order.
Exchanges for Customer Ordering Errors
If a customer has ordered the incorrect item, Evergreen Offroad may, at its discretion, offer an exchange provided that:
• The item is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
• The request is made within 30 days of delivery
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any price differences
Exchanges are not guaranteed and are subject to product condition and availability.
Non-Returnable Items
Installed, used, modified, or damaged items (not due to manufacturing defect) are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
1. Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, after we receive the return.
2. Damaged or Defective: Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request photos or other evidence of the damage or defect to expedite the resolution process.
We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including the return shipping fee, in such cases.
3. Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
If the order has already been shipped, you may follow the standard return process. Please note that this return policy is subject to change without prior notice.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the specified criteria or those that are received after the 30-day return period.
