Shipping
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within one to two business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Incorrect Shipping Address or Address Changes
Items shall be shipped to the address the Customer has provided to OFFROAM. If customer’s address, for any reason, changes, or is invalid, and the product is lost as a result, or delivered to an address from which Customer cannot retrieve it, Customer is solely responsible for said loss. If for some reason your package gets "returned to sender" you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the package back to you.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If for some reason your package becomes lost, please contact OFFROAM so a claim with the courier can be filed. OFFROAM will NOT ship another item until the courier contacts OFFROAM about the claim. If you are concerned about theft, please use a shipping address to a business or other safe place. OFFROAM is not responsible for stolen or misdelivered packages.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that additional charges may apply for any order shipping to Hawaii, Guam, or Puerto Rico. Customer, hereby, consents to pay the shipping as quoted at check out, or for Hawaii, Guam and Puerto Rico, Customer agrees to pay the amount invoiced via email, for shipping.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
OFFROAM ships to the United States with USPS. We do not currently ship to U.S. Territories, other than Guam and Puerto Rico. OFFROAM does ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. If an order is received with a P.O. Box address, which requires a physical address, OFFROAM will reach out via email, or telephone, to request a physical address. If you fail to provide one, OFFROAM will be unable to ship the item, your order will be cancelled, and your purchase money will be refunded.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
OFFROAM is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damaged Goods Policy
While we make every attempt to make sure packages arrive in perfect condition, on occasion a product does get damaged. If this happens with your package, please contact us immediately.
In order to file a damaged goods claim, customer must contact OFFROAM no later than 3 days after receiving the product. After 3 days, OFFROAM is unable to accept damaged goods claims. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt.
OFFROAM cannot be held responsible for any product damages incurred during transit. OFFROAM will, however, help the customer file a claim with the carrier, but, claims are subject to approval by the carrier.
If you can see damage upon delivery, DO NOT SIGN for the item and REFUSE THE DELIVERY.
If item is delivered with damages, please document all issues with pictures and contact us right away with the delivery slip and photos so we can assist you.
Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at Offroam. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and if for any reason you are not, we are happy to accept returns subject to the following guidelines:
1. Return Period
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. After 30 days, the product is yours to keep.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Final sale items are not eligible for returns.
3. Return Shipping
We offer a flat rate return shipping fee of $7.95 for all eligible domestic returns.
The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
4. Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return, please go to http://account.getoffroam.com and log in to your account:
In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
Click the order that you want to submit the return for. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, after we receive the return.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request photos or other evidence of the damage or defect to expedite the resolution process.
We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including the return shipping fee, in such cases.
8. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
If the order has already been shipped, you may follow the standard return process. Please note that this return policy is subject to change without prior notice.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the specified criteria or those that are received after the 30-day return period.
Warranty
LIFETIME WARRANTY
All Offroam products are guaranteed against manufacturer’s defects for an unlimited time. Should a product fail due to a defect in materials or craftsmanship, we will, at our option, repair or replace the item at no cost to the original owner.
We will make the determination of what will be covered under warranty at the time that we inspect the product. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper installation.
LIMITATIONS
Only product that is purchased and received directly from Offroam or our authorized dealer will be covered by warranty. Warranty is only applicable to the original owner with proof of purchase from Offroam or our authorized dealer.
LIABILITY RELEASE
We have designed and built our vehicle-specific products to work well only with compatible vehicles & devices, and we believe our gear is very safe to use.
Offroam is not liable for damage to phones, equipment, vehicle components or anything in your surrounding environment as a result of using our products.
Offroam is also not liable for bodily injury to yourself or others as a result of using our products or improperly installing them.
