Culinary Innovation

Inspired by generations of farmers in the Southwestern United States that made improvised cook surfaces from plow discs, a tradition called “Discada.” Unlike traditional plow discs, the Disco Skillet is made from enameled cast iron which is much easier, and safer, to cook with.
