For the do-it-yourself guys, we now offer our high quality battery tray as a stand alone kit. If you would like to use your own battery isolator and do the wiring yourself, or if you have specific needs that our full-featured kit does not meet, now you can get the bare battery tray and top lid alone. This kit comes with no components mounted onto the top lid, but you still get all the hardware you need to install it into your Bronco.

STEEL BATTERY TRAY

CNC laser cut and bent for a perfect fit, then powder coated for durability.

STEEL BATTERY LID

Bare lid with no electronics or wiring. Includes several threaded studs to mount your own components and grommets for routing your custom made cables.

HARDWARE

Includes everything you need for an easy installation.

Installation Guide

Follow our detailed installation guide for the full dual battery kit. Since the DIY kit has no electronics or wiring, simply skip the part at the end about connecting the Power Hub. All the other install steps will be the same.

Battery Size Required

Sold separately. Odyssey ODP-AGM25 batteries are required.

Install Time

If you're handy with a wrench, and if you follow along with our detailed installation video, most people can install this DIY kit in their driveway in 2-3 hours. If you prefer to have your local 4x4 shop install it for you, most shops will bill 2 hours for installation in a stock vehicle.

Then you will need to add time for installing and wiring your own custom electronics as necessary.

Compatibility

Fits all engine options and all trim levels for the new Bronco.
NOTE: Space is very limited! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND using the Odyssey Group 25 batteries because the case tapers down smaller at the bottom, which allows it to fit tighter towards the fender with NO MODIFICATIONS. If you choose to use another brand of battery, be aware that most brands have straight sides (not tapered at the bottom) and you will need to cut a notch into the factory sheet metal at the front corner to allow the battery to clear the engine.

Processing Times

In-Stock Items: Most orders placed by 3 PM CST are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM CST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Out of Stock Items: These items may take longer to ship. Estimated lead times will be provided on the product page or during checkout.

Transit Times

When selecting the shipping method for your order, please keep in mind that when we show shipping days, we are referring to business days. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays observed by UPS.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We offer multiple shipping options at checkout, including standard and expedited services. 
Expedited shipping is available on 'In Stock' products only. Non-stock items will ship as soon as they become available.
Orders are shipped via UPS or US Postal Service based on the selected method at checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
We make every effort to keep the shipping costs as low as possible.

International Shipping

We ship to select international locations. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These fees are not collected at checkout.
Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Order Tracking
Once we generate your shipping label, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

If your shipment is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, please contact us at info@genesisoffroad.com as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. 
Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receipt, with photos of the packaging and product from multiple angles.

Package Theft or Loss After Delivery

Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for its security. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is safe and secure for package delivery.
If you believe your package was stolen, we recommend:
Checking with neighbors or others in your household who might have received it.
Contacting the carrier directly for assistance with locating the package.
Filing a theft report with your local authorities if necessary.
To help avoid theft, you may consider requesting delivery to a secure location, such as a business address, or using carrier services like FedEx Delivery Manager or UPS My Choice to schedule deliveries or provide specific instructions.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate during checkout. We are not responsible for delays or additional fees due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Returns Due to Non-Delivery
If an order is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt, incorrect address, or refusal, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to re-ship the order.
