Four layers, all custom shaped for a precise fit inside the Honcho 80:

- Base layer: 0.5”, high-density, impact-absorbing beaded foam
- Core layers: two, 2”-thick slabs of D-co PuzzleFoam
- Top layer: 1”, open-cell foam that creates gentle pressure

Top layer can be affixed to lid or left loose, as desired
